At Kulo, we were approached by a client in the luxury investment property industry. The client sought to elevate their brand and online presence to reflect the exceptional quality of their international properties. Our team was excited to take on this challenge, and we quickly got to work on designing a brand and website that would resonate with their target audience of UK investors.
We began with a deep dive into the client's business and target audience, gaining a thorough understanding of their unique selling proposition and ideal customer profiles. Armed with this knowledge, we developed a sleek and sophisticated visual identity that conveyed the client's luxury offerings in a compelling way. The website build was seamless, with a user-friendly interface and engaging content that showcased the client's properties in all their splendor.

To drive traffic and increase brand awareness, we also ran an advertising campaign for the client across paid social media and Google PPC. Using targeted audience segmentation and customised ad creatives, we were able to capture the attention of the client's ideal audience and drive qualified leads to the website. We adopted a firm strategy using a CPS (Cost per sale) model for advertising rather than a standard CPL (Cost per lead), this tied into the greater sales process and helped to align our efforts.
In addition to our advertising, we worked closely with the client to establish an efficient CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solution, including automation, lead scoring, and email nurture flows for new leads, this ensured the sales team new they were contacting customers at the right time, armed with the right information.

The results were impressive. Our client saw a significant increase in website traffic and conversions, with a substantial portion of leads coming from the advertising campaign.
